What we do

Focused tools, not another console.

We build focused desktop tools for the recurring work in development and data engineering. Each tool covers one job completely and is understandable without a manual. Built for use at work, free for personal use.

Values

Four decisions we measure every feature against.

01

Visible, not magic.

You see what a tool will do before it does it. No silent operation and no swallowed errors: every running operation and every error is visible in the app, with its code and details.

02

No manual needed.

If you know the job, you understand the app on first launch. Every main path is reachable without a mouse, and every button carries its shortcut.

03

Dense and quiet.

A lot of information, very little noise. Light or dark, always precise and tool-like. One accent colour, neutral grey otherwise — and colour never carries information on its own, it is always spelled out as text too.

04

Built for business, free in private.

Same build for both. Free for personal use. The free version of S3Flow includes the full explorer; a licence unlocks guaranteed updates and extended support.

What we are working on: S3Flow

As of v0.1.0

Your S3 storage as a desktop app.

  • S3 explorer Browse buckets and objects, upload, download, delete, create folders and buckets.
  • Profiles Multiple S3 endpoints and accounts. Credentials live in the operating system keyring, never in plaintext in the config file.
  • Per-bucket encryption Off, SSE-S3 or SSE-KMS with a key ARN. The current state is shown in the path bar, and KMS keys are validated against the service.
  • Preview txt, md, log, json, xml, yaml plus csv/ssv as a table — with a visible notice whenever a large file is shown truncated.
  • Licensing without a phone-home Licence keys are verified offline via an Ed25519 signature. No online check, no telemetry.
  • Update check without automatics The app fetches a static version file in the background and shows a download link. It never installs anything by itself.

How it is built

S3Flow is built in Python with Qt (PySide6) and ships as a standalone executable. No Python installation is required on the user's machine. The current Beta 1 is available for Linux and Windows; macOS follows after the beta.
